The Wolfgang Puck has an attractive appearance. We tested it with water for several hours. The water got hot, but did not boil which is as it should.

The product is beautiful to look at, the special appeal was the large size. I received it as a Christmas present and used it for a special dinner on New Year's Day. I tried every which way to get it to heat but it would not work. I returned it to the store and am looking for another brand.
